How do I upload and analyze a meeting recording?

From Zoom:

  1. Log into your Zoom account.
  2. Navigate to your “Recordings”.
  3. Open your desired recording file by clicking on the “Topic” title.
  4. Download the “Gallery view” (with or without shared screen) recording from the Zoom website.
    • Note: If you do not have a gallery view recording, go into your Zoom recording settings to include gallery view in future recordings.
  5. In the top bar of your TalkMeUp account, navigate to your “Meetings” page. Click the upload button in the top right area of the “Meetings” card near the bottom of the page.
  6. Select the file you want to upload by dragging and dropping the file or by browsing your file explorer.
    • You will be prompted to create a “Digital Profile” if this is your first time uploading a recording.
  7. Allow TalkMeUp to upload the video.
  8. Press “Analyze”.
  9. You can now exit the window while the recording is analyzed in the background.

From Microsoft Teams:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Navigate to “Files”, then “My files”, then “Recordings”.
  3. Download the video you want to have analyzed.
  4. In the top bar of your TalkMeUp account, navigate to your “Meetings” page. Click the upload button in the top right area of the “Meetings” card near the bottom of the page.
  5. Select the file you want to upload by dragging and dropping the file or by browsing your file explorer.
    • You will be prompted to create a “Digital Profile” if this is your first time uploading a recording.
  6. Allow TalkMeUp to upload the video.
  7. Press “Analyze”.
  8. You can now exit the window while the recording is analyzed in the background.
